And the results are in! My measurements are down, and my spirits are UP UP UP!
Now I always drink water first thing in the morning, always, but I have to admit that having 500ml first thing in the morning was a bit more of a challenge. But it works, your body wakes up and because I was so full on water, breakfast went down slower and I wasn’t as desperate for my coffee.
I must say that, just being a part of this 8 week challenge, has made mw more aware of training properly, of watching what I stuff into my mouth, and how often. I am just so much more aware and it is a very good thing!
As for changes in my body, I haven’t felt anything yet, but according to the weigh in this morning…. Oh yes, there is a weekly weigh in….. (its not that scary, I promise) my measurements and body fat are down, weight is up, but that’s muscle baby!!!
What I have noticed is that my head is clearer, my concentration is better, my energy levels have increased, and I have been able to handle more. PLUS I have been calmer in shall we call them trying, situations.
This week – 10000 steps, wait I haven’t finished….. DAILY.
